We ship all orders from France, directly from our Paris warehouses.
We ship worldwide, provided that vaping products are legal to import into your destination country. We strongly recommend checking your country’s regulations, as all shipments are declared to customs. Please note that some countries may apply taxes or import fees upon receiving your package, for which we cannot be held responsible.
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and ask the carrier to return the package to the sender. You will not be charged for the return – we cover all return costs for damaged packages. If the damaged package is already in your possession, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and offer a satisfactory solution.
We ship all orders within 24-48 business hours after payment is received. In some cases, product availability may delay shipping. Occasionally, we may ship items separately if some products are not available at the time of shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. If you have placed an order and have not received a shipping confirmation after two business days, please contact us for more information about your order status.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request modifications by contacting us immediately. Please include your name, the email address associated with your account, your order number, and the changes you would like to make. However, most orders are shipped the same day we receive them, so we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to modify your existing orders.
